Whichever the pumping system; chill water, condenser water, hot water circulation, boiler feed, condensate return, or vertical ejector pumps, we can provide any and all the repair techniques necessary. In many cases it may be just a mechanical seal replacement and bearings. However after dis-assembly there could be more. Machining case rings clearances, manufacturing new case rings, repairing shafts through thermal spraying and machining, T.I.R. shafts to .001 run out, dynamically balancing the entire rotating element or an upgrade to a better mechanical seal, may be alternatives that we can provide. When it is all said and done, laser alignment and vibration analysis may be the final touches. Allow us to help you with any and all you’re pumping needs. Installation of  repaired Rotary Impeller going back into a 100 hp pumping system at a major water plant on the north shore of Massachusetts. Impeller was damaged severely from cavitation, 12 weeks delivery for a new one, we repaired the impeller with our epoxy system and top-coated with 100% ceramic top coat. Still running since 1998, saving the cost of a $12,500 impeller.
