CHILLER COATING APPLICATIONS

Allow us to protect this important part of your cooling system. The chiller heads and tube sheet may, after a few years of use, need to be protected from damage to the tube sheet by the hydraulics of the system. Allow us to coat this area with our 100% epoxy system, a three coat process that first starts with bead-blasting all components to be coated to a near white metal profile. Repair any areas where the metal may have been deteriorated with our Stainless Steel Putty Epoxy, followed by our “color coded” 3 coat system at 10-15 mm per coat. When done a three year warranty will be in place to give you peace of mind.
